🎨 Hello Ceramics — Studio Policies

Welcome to Hello Ceramics!
We’re so happy you’ve chosen to spend some creative time with us. To help make everyone’s experience as enjoyable and smooth as possible, we’ve put together a few simple studio guidelines. Please take a moment to read through them before your visit.

🕑 Painting Sessions

• Each session lasts 2 hours in total.

• In the last 15 minutes of your session, our team will collect your pieces to apply a protective varnish spray, so please plan your painting time accordingly.

• ​

⏰ Late Arrivals

• We run our sessions in 2-hour time slots, so arriving late will reduce your painting time.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late and haven’t contacted us, your table may be offered to another guest.

• If you let us know you’re on your way, we’ll happily hold your table for you!
  (Just give us a quick message or call — we completely understand that things happen.)

💳 Studio Fees and Reschedules

• Studio fees are non-refundable, but they can be moved to another session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Same-day reschedules will be treated as a no-show, and a new studio fee will apply if you wish to book again.

• This policy helps us manage limited seating and keep fair booking opportunities for all our lovely guests.
